The ACW has 20 staff and utilizes more than 150 volunteers, many of whom offer expertise in an area of interest; other have been affected by HIV/AIDS and/or simply want to lend a helping hand. Whatever your reason for volunteering, we appreciate your interest and look forward to meeting you soon. (PLEASE NOTE: All volunteer assignments include training and some require a minimum time commitment.)

• Speakers Bureau (an educational opportunity for both you and your community)
• Client Practical Support (rides to and from medical appointments, etc.)
• Reception (a half day per week, mornings or afternoons)
• Event Assistant (AIDS Walk, Gala, Magical Masquerade, Dining Out and Red Ribbon)
• AIDS Support Chatham-Kent Advisory Committee (4 to 6 meetings per year)
• Needle Exchange (street and/or office work)
